Job Overview:
Health Tech Services Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Auxiliaries and Assistants to provide essential support in delivering high-quality healthcare to our clients. In this role, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals, assisting with daily patient care tasks and ensuring that individuals receive the attention and support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Services:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding to promote their dignity and comfort.
- Provide support for mobility assistance, ensuring safe transfers and movements for clients.
- Health Monitoring:
- Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and report any significant changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of patient information for ongoing assessment.
- Support Medical Procedures:
- Aid healthcare professionals during medical procedures, ensuring the patient is comfortable and informed.
- Prepare the necessary equipment and supplies for procedures performed in the care setting.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to patient care and daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding any concerns, changes in condition, or patient needs.
- Hygiene and Infection Control:
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Assist with infection prevention and control measures in accordance with organizational policies.
- Emotional and Social Support:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment that encourages mental and

Qualifications:
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a Nursing Auxiliary or Assistant training program is preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is beneficial but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Physical stamina to perform lifting and moving tasks safely.
Working Conditions:
- Nursing Auxiliaries and Assistants work in various settings, including client homes, assisted living facilities, or healthcare clinics. The role may require flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
